At Legacy Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our heirloom-quality game room furniture and offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your billiard equipment.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and pack the product in its original crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are securely included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
